100g | guacamole |
100g | salsa fresca |
40g | iceberg lettuce, shredded |
40g | plant based cheese, grated |

7oz | cooked rice |
3.5oz | guacamole |
3.5oz | salsa fresca |
3tbsp | iceberg lettuce, shredded |
3tbsp | plant based cheese, grated |

Preparation Method
1.
On a hot griddle, slightly warm up the flour tortillas.
2.
Add the filling ingredients one by one, and roll up the burrito, folding in the sides.
3.
Slice the burrito into half and serve.
