
Karana Meatballs Pasta

INGREDIENTS
| 600g | KARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat |
| 2g | salt |
| 3g | coarse ground black pepper |
| 10g | garlic, chopped |
| oil for cooking | |
| 300g | prepared tomato sauce |
| 2g | parsley, chopped |
| 21oz | KARANA™ GROUND jackfruit meat |
| ½tbsp | salt |
| ½tbsp | coarse ground black pepper |
| 2tbsp | garlic, chopped |
| oil for cooking | |
| 1¼ cup | prepared tomato sauce |
| ½tbsp | parsley, chopped |

Preparation Method
1.
Place KARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.
2.
Divide the KARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat into 30 grams portions and shape each portion into a meatball.
3.
Heat oil in a frying pan, cook the meat balls for 6-8 minutes until browned and firm.
4.
Heat up prepared tomato sauce. Add meatballs to the sauce, toss evenly.
5.
Transfer meatballs to a deep serving dish, sprinkle on parsley and serve with pasta.
