INGREDIENTS

600gKARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat
2gsalt
3gcoarse ground black pepper
10ggarlic, chopped
oil for cooking
300gprepared tomato sauce
2gparsley, chopped
21ozKARANA™ GROUND jackfruit meat
½tbspsalt
½tbspcoarse ground black pepper
2tbspgarlic, chopped
oil for cooking
1¼ cupprepared tomato sauce
½tbspparsley, chopped

Preparation Method

1.
Place KARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.
2.
Divide the KARANA™ MINCED jackfruit meat into 30 grams portions and shape each portion into a meatball.
3.
Heat oil in a frying pan, cook the meat balls for 6-8 minutes until browned and firm.
4.
Heat up prepared tomato sauce. Add meatballs to the sauce, toss evenly.
5.
Transfer meatballs to a deep serving dish, sprinkle on parsley and serve with pasta.
