4pcsgreen coral lettuce
120mlgoma dressing
10gspring onions, diced
10gcrispy fried shallots
5gtoasted sesame seeds

Preparation Method

1.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook dumplings in simmering water for 5-6 minutes.

Divide coral lettuce among 4 serving dishes. Add the cooked dumplings. Drizzle goma sauce over.
3.
Sprinkle on the spring onions, fried shallots and sesame seeds. Serve.
