Dumplings with Goma Sauce
|60g||honshimeiji mushrooms, trimmed|
|4pcs||green coral lettuce|
|10g||spring onions, diced|
|10g||crispy fried shallots|
|5g||toasted sesame seeds|
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook dumplings in simmering water for 5-6 minutes.
Divide coral lettuce among 4 serving dishes. Add the cooked dumplings. Drizzle goma sauce over.
Sprinkle on the spring onions, fried shallots and sesame seeds. Serve.
