
Dumplings with Goma Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 24pcs | KARANA™ Gyoza |
| 60g | honshimeiji mushrooms, trimmed |
| 4pcs | green coral lettuce |
| 120ml | goma dressing |
| 10g | spring onions, diced |
| 10g | crispy fried shallots |
| 5g | toasted sesame seeds |

Preparation Method
1.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook dumplings in simmering water for 5-6 minutes.
2.
Divide coral lettuce among 4 serving dishes. Add the cooked dumplings. Drizzle goma sauce over.
3.
Sprinkle on the spring onions, fried shallots and sesame seeds. Serve.
